I am able to offer appointments for Functional Integration (1-2-1 Feldenkrais lessons). Please get in touch if you are interested in this. 

2025 fees

1 hour £60

1.5 hours £75

Initial appointment is 1.5 hours to allow for consultation and assessment.

Payment by cash, card or bank transfer.

Cancellations: 

No charge or a refund if cancelled up to 24 hours prior to appointment or illness within 24 hours.

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours: 50% fee

Missed appointments: full fee

My policy is to treat no more than 6 people per week and no more than 2 per day. This way I can give you the best possible treatment and look after my own wellbeing. It also means that I am sometimes able to fit people in quickly if it is an emergency.

Access 

My studio is on the first floor accessed by a staircase with 16 steps and a handrail. The approach to the entrance of the building has an uneven surface. 

There are toilet facilities on site. 

Two disabled parking bays are on Gildredge Road next to Hyde Gardens where further disabled parking is available.

Directions to studio:

If you are coming by train this is just a few minutes walk from the station. 

First Floor, The Labyrinth, Mark Lane BN21 4RJ which is the second road on the left as you go down Gildredge Road from the station (Take the left exit out of the station and cross the road towards the Wetherspoons pub on the opposite corner).

You will see Lincoln’s bakery on the corner of the Labyrinth. To the left of the bakery is Bourne Out and between the two is a doorway. Inside you go through a pair of glazed doors and immediately on the right is a blue door that leads to some stairs - go up these and turn right at the top. My studio is at the end of this corridor. 

Parking:

The nearest paid parking is Hyde Gardens, BN21 4PP which is £3 for 2 hours but usually very busy. There is free and paid on-street parking nearby eg: Southfields Road, Grove Road, South Street. And slightly further away free parking is available in Blackwater Road, Hartfield Road etc. See parkopedia for options.
