Feldenkrais lessons provide a learning opportunity for you to develop a deeper self-awareness of how you organise yourself posturally and in movement. This understanding becomes embedded in your nervous system, bringing about permanent changes in your musculo-skeletal organisation, reducing the effort you need to go about your daily activities.

As new patterns replace old patterns, pain and discomfort decrease while energy levels and resilience increase.  Students find that they are also able question and change habits in how they live their lives too. 

The lessons provide me, your teacher, with insight into your limitations and possibilities in relation to movement which informs other bodywork that would be of benefit to you such as myo-fascial release therapy.
