Move With Ease Class

Wednesdays 12.30 - 1.30

Community Wise, Ocklynge Road, Eastbourne, BN21 1PY

These classes are taught seated or standing so are suitable for all abilities. The hall is a very large space so there is no limit on numbers. Newcomers always welcome.

Re-discovering your spine 

The human spine is the most amazing piece of engineering! This workshop will help you to re-discover all the different movements your spine is capable of how these work together to bring ease, flexibility and lightness into everything you do. 

Learn how to help yourself prevent back and neck pain, avoid injury and maintain a healthy posture in standing, sitting and walking.


Opposites Attract 

This 3 hour workshop will explore how your left and right sides work together to bring ease and elegance to how you move.


Letting Go 

A fundamental principle of the Feldenkrais Method is learning how to let go: of tension, effort, habits, beliefs, fears, anxieties, the pressure we put on ourselves, unrealistic goals…

This 3 hour workshop will help you to explore and discover where you are holding on and give you the opportunity to learn how to let go. Being able to do this in your body will enable you to let go of unnecessary and unhelpful habits in your daily life too.
