Summer Workshop: Earthbound

Sunday 9th August 2- 5pm 

at Community Wise, Ocklynge Road, Eastbourne, BN21 1PY

This exciting combination of Qigong and Feldenkrais explores the idea of being grounded; in ourselves and in our environment. The lessons will take us through a process of developing a deeper sense of self, an awareness of how we move and a connection to the ground that supports us. 

Afterwards you can expect to feel lighter, brighter, taller, calm and more present.

Qigong is taught in standing. The Feldenkrais lessons will be taught lying on the floor.  Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a mat plus anything else you need to be comfortable.
